Cooking for an ultra high net worth individual, the race crew and guests for multiple weeks during 2020 and beyond.

The focus of the role is to cook for owner and guests / 16 people including 8 crew members, however the main food focus will be for the owner and guests of up to 8 people. There is a crew chef, however, the crew chef will likely take vacation when the private Chef (this role) comes aboard.


2020 - Europe.

  • 1 April – 19 April (inclusive)
  • 24 April – 11 May (inclusive)
  • 24 May – 10 June (inclusive)
  • 19 July – 3 August (inclusive)
  • 18 August – 6 September (inclusive)
  • 30 September – 12 October (inclusive) .

Accommodation: sharing a cabin with another crew member. There will be Males and females on board, a male chef would share with a male crew member and a female chef would share with a female crew member. The boat is luxurious and staff quarters are also luxurious, although compact."

All travel costs provided.

We are looking for a very experienced chef who has worked in some of the world’s best kitchens and is capable of offering international culinary diversity in his/her menus, spanning European and North American foods. An advantage will be if the chef has Experience cooking for elite Californian/Americans. A passion for sourcing and preparing fresh locally sourced produce would be an advantage also. Environmental sustainability is a priority for the owner. They have a strong interest in food providence, natural and organic foods farmed to the high ethical standards. They are interested in animal welfare and supporting local producers. The role would suit someone with a solid knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition. Prior Superyatch experience is not necessary, in fact the owner would welcome a land based Chef who is cooking on a superyatch for the first time. We are looking for a chef with a track record of consistently delivering food that delights and is renowned for their professionalism, passion, reliability and dependability.

Great experience with vegetarian, vegan, gluten free.

Ability to turn out showcase deserts would be an advantage.

A Visa/Green Card for the US would be ideal but not necessary.

Salary: an excellent daily rate depends on experience.

Captain could envisage having 2 regular chefs working on rotation so this does not have to be one person necessarily.
