Position Filled

A family of 3, 2 adults and a baby in Marylebone is seeking a highly skilled and passionate live-out private chef. The position is an initial six-month placement with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent role, starting in September 2025.

The couple are passionate food enthusiasts who deeply appreciate high-quality, elegant, and wholesome cuisine. They require a chef who can consistently deliver meals of an exceptional standard, focusing on fresh, premium ingredients.

The chef will work four days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and one flexible weekend day.

Lunch service is usually 12:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.

Dinner service is usually 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.

The chef will be required to prepare one meal for the next day as well.

Develop creative menus that align with the family’s preferences and dietary requirements. Source the highest quality, freshest ingredients.

Low-carb diet
Strictly gluten-free
Strictly no dairy
Strictly no pork
Strictly no wild seafood.

The client is very focused on nutrition and macros, requiring careful calculation of caloric and protein content for each meal.

The meals must be suitable for the client, his wife (who eats according to his diet), and the maternity nurse (who eats whatever they eat).

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Mediterranean, nutritious, and creatively inspired meals. Dishes should be elegantly presented, reflecting the high standards of the household.

Seeking a professional who combines culinary expertise with a deep understanding of nutrition, including macros and caloric intake. The successful candidate will also be highly organised, reliable, discreet, and have excellent communication skills.

This is a self-employed position.

The salary is £400-£450 per day, negotiable based on experience.
